JoyBlush – Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
This Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy (“Policy”), read together with the Terms & Conditions, governs the procedures and conditions for cancellation, return, exchange, and refund of products purchased on the JoyBlush platform (“Platform”).
By placing an order on the JoyBlush Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy without modification.
1. Applicability of Policy
1.1 This Policy applies to all purchases made on the JoyBlush Platform, including website and mobile applications.
1.2 JoyBlush reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the Policy before placing an order.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Orders may be cancelled partially or fully before the invoice is generated and the order is dispatched.
2.2 Once the invoice is issued or the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2.3 To request a cancellation, customers must contact JoyBlush Customer Support with the order reference number.
2.4 Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method or JoyBlush Wallet/Store Credits, subject to banking timelines.

3. Return of Products
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for select pin codes and only if the product value exceeds ₹200, and strictly under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product is defective or not functioning as intended
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing parts or accessories
- Manufacturing defect
- Quality issues identified upon delivery
(Collectively referred to as “Non-Compliant Product”)
3.2 Return requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.

For a successful return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled
- Original tags, barcode, MRP label, invoice, and packaging must be intact
- Product must be free from stains, odour, perfume, damage, or alterations
- Items purchased as sets must be returned as a complete set
JoyBlush reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3.3 Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and intimate nature, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or defective:
- Briefs and panties
- Stick-on bras, nipple covers, pasties
- Shapewear worn close to intimate areas
- Beauty and personal care products
- Accessories marked as non-returnable
3.4 Verification & Pickup
- JoyBlush may request images or videos of the product for verification
- Free reverse pickup is available for eligible pin codes
- In certain cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product
Return acceptance is subject to JoyBlush’s quality inspection and verification.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds are initiated only after successful pickup and quality inspection of the returned product.
4.2 Refunds are processed within 15 working days to the original payment method or JoyBlush Wallet.
4.3 JoyBlush does not offer cash refunds.
4.4 Shipping, gift wrapping, and convenience charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to JoyBlush’s error or a verified defect.
4.5 If a returned product fails quality checks, JoyBlush reserves the right to withhold or reverse the refund.

5.4 Non-exchangeable items include hygiene-sensitive products listed under Section 3.3.

6. General Conditions
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible
- JoyBlush’s decision on return, refund, or exchange shall be final and binding
- Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and not applicable on replacement items
