1. Eligibility to Use

3. Products & Pricing
3.1 JoyBlush offers lingerie, intimate wear, sleepwear, and related accessories.
3.2 All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for reference purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color, fabric, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
3.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.
3.4 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Orders & Payments
4.1 Orders placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2 JoyBlush reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4.3 Payments must be made through the authorized payment methods available on the Platform. JoyBlush does not store your payment card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 JoyBlush shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
5.3 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
6. Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
6.1 All cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the JoyBlush Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
6.2 Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of lingerie products, certain categories are non-returnable or non-exchangeable except in cases of defect or damage.
